At 959 AM CDT, Numerous spotters report flash flooding in Owensboro. Water ranges from 4 to 8 inches deep on several streets in the citiy. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. The heaviest rainfall is ending but waters will likely be slow to recede. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
