Jane and her friend order lunch at a busy restaurant. Their drinks and one meal arrive, but Jane's soup does not. She waits a few minutes and then calls the server politely.
The server checks the order and finds that the soup was missed. He brings it soon afterward and removes the extra service charge from the bill.
